Learning how to master your thoughts is vital to mastering your life. Self-mastery begins with monitoring what we think about throughout the day. The idea of mastering your thoughts is one fact that has been carried throughout the ages both biblically and philosophically. Yet so many of us still struggle with controlling our thoughts.
